May Goals

Can you believe it's almost May already? I don't know about you but I am excited for a new month and new goals! I know there are some things I have in mind, and if you do as well please feel free to post as well!

My goals for May:
1.) Continue to do the 250 steps per hour thing on Fitbit at least 5 days a week.
2.) Continue to do the 8 Fit ap at least 5 days a week.
3.) Get the family out for some physical activity once a week.0 -
My goals for May:
1. Stay on track for my calorie goal the majority of the time (5 out of 7 days I guess).
2. Keep binging to a minimum.
3. Get my body moving at least 2x a week to start.0 -
Stick with working out 4-5 times per week.
3 weeks of stricter, healthier eating to get to 155lbs goal.
Start yoga/meditation (I need the mental balance and stretching)!0 -
May Goals:
Continue with BodyShred 6 days a week..even when I don't feel like it
Keep up cooking and preparing meals at home (cheaper and healthier)
Lose 3-5 pounds0
