That looks good! My my surgeon doesn't allow us any milk based anything - only water which is hard but been drinking protein shakes with water and chicken broth. Can't wait till I can upgrade my food on Monday.0

I'm only allowed the milk in 3 servings of protein shakes. Then it's all clear liquids and ice pops. I'm actually eating more sweet things than ever before.0

Sweet as in sugar free chemical sweet - icee, ice pops, propel water. But I'm not gonna continue on them when I'm past this stage - not a fan of sugar substitutes. I find fruit / veggie infused water to be much better. I just stock piled on everything the nutritionist told me to get.0

I don't upgrade until weds the earliest, but probably will hold off until Saturday, just out of easiness.0

Got it. You are fortunate to at least mix your shakes with milk - they are way better than when you mix with water!0

Making the Eggface crock pot pot roast for dinner tonight and it smells awesome in my house and it is only 1 1/2 that it's been cooking! That may be one you want to try!1

I just copied the recipe for that!0

Good luck! pot roast was good but I decided to chew it really well vs blending it and that was a bad idea - in pain now - ugh0

Oh no! Walk walk walk is what I was told. I came home to deep fried cod and buttered noodles. And had to be the cleanup crew! Thanks mother in law and husband, I feel your support!!! Hurumph. Cheers to my protein drink!0

Oh no! So sorry to hear what you had to come home to..not fun! I wound up getting sick and let me tell you - it is not pleasant and it hurts because you are still healing. I have been walkin like crazy. I read that chewable Papaya extract also helps.0
