I am not from Minnesota. I am from South Dakota. I am looking for a little support for my choice. None of my friends are vegan and for simplicity sake for the time being I just tell people I'm on a diet. There are fewer questions that way. I am not fully prepared at this time to answer too many questions about being vegan. I wish I could say health. That's what lead me down this path. It was my conscience that made me do a 180 on what I eat. That's enough said from me for now.

    Health, compassion, religious, and for me - aesthetic. Vegan is beautiful. :)
