5 days in, 1.4lbs gone!!! That leaves 229, so... Approx. 90lbs left! I have a Make-a-Wish trip with my son, in June. Hoping to have a good dent, by then. You know he's gonna want to swim!!!

I am down .6 lbs. It wasn't a full week so I am proud of it. I am shooting for a pound a week. Awesome job everyone. We have killed it this week. High fives all around.1

Yesterday (Friday 23rd) weighed 197. That is 2 pounds down from last week. I had dropped to 195 and my body freaked when I added intense exercise without adding protein, so I hope to see a better number than 195 next Friday. Also, I lost 5 1/8" inches total in the past 30 days. We may want to track inches lost also, as this is also a good indicator that we are headed in the right direction. What do you think?2
