It appears I'm losing about 1lb/week. I don't have a very accurate scale. But moving in the right direction.

April start weight: 3/28: 154lb
April 4: 152lb
April 11: 152lb
April 18: 150lb
April 25: 150lb
Goal for April 30: 149lb0 -
Ok, slowly but surely... Here's my progress so far:

Goal for April 30: a teeny wee bit under 160 would make me very happy!0
