    -drink 64oz of water
    -eat at least one meal mindfully (no distractions, chew my food, put down the fork, eat slow, etc.)
    -forgive myself for yesterday's binge

    My goal for this week is to not binge. I've been getting jittery about it because if I make to the 19th or 20th, it will have been a full month since my last binge.

    Part of me feels like I end up trying to sabotage myself but I'm determined to make and go beyond.
