In the weekly Warrior Mini-Goal Challenge focus on your short term goals.

Focusing on one week at a time, when the big picture seems too overwhelming. Small changes can bring on big results!!

Choose one or more things you want to work on for just this week. Don't set it too high or unreachable!!

Please, make sure your week works for you. Sun to Sat or Mon to Sun, whatever is YOUR week!

You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!

1) Choose something you know you can do easily.
2) Add more difficult tasks to your plan.
3) These small steps will get you started, motivated & help build routine for long term success!!

    Hearts- thanks for getting this group started for the week. I am hoping that some others may join us. I know you can have a very healthy week. great goals.

    I am going to switch it up a bit. I have the logging down and workouts may be out as I am having (hopefully) cataract surgery tomorrow. I am not worried about it but not a good time to be jumping around. It may be postponed as they are still waiting for my lasik records. very frustrating.

    My goals this week
    1. lots of water. I need to get this increased.
    2. keep logging and staying in the green
    3. get some extra rest

    Hearts- Hope your Monday went well. keep working on your goals.

    My cataract surgery was postponed as they didn't get my records. frustrating. but not much I can do about it. I increased my water yesterday and logged. was in the green. so today I figure out what else I need to do this week.

    Good job Forest :) & nice goals... well hopefully the surgery date gets rescheduled soon so you won't have to wait too long.

    Water
    - Keeping the water going

    Bed-
    Hm...I was ready to go to bed at 7pm lol but got busy around the house oh wait, I did a nap, then got busy picking things up around here. But after I finish up putting my boiled eggs away, I'm off to bed.

    Food- going well

    Night Forest, see you in the morning...sleep well. ha you're probably already asleep xo

    Hearts- where has the week gone. You have been doing well. I hope you are able to get to bed earlier on a regular basis. Keep up the great work.

    My week went fast. Food going pretty well and no workouts yet. Soon I hope.
