Anyone doing Exante VLCD diet?

I not sure if this group is still running as the last post seems to be a couple of years ago. I am doing exante diet, I keep cheating but the weight is coming off slowly. It's weekends that I find the hardest with the lure of the wine bottle which then gives way to the munchies. Could do with a buddy

    Hi, I have just seen your message. I am waiting for my supply of Exante to turn up today. How are you getting on? I am going for 9 lb loss in 13 days
