Diary no longer shows steps from FitBit

My Diary on My Fitness Pal used to show how many steps it synched from Fitbit when it calculated my calories. Now, it just says "Fitbit calorie adjustment based on your measured activity." I want My Fitness Pal to show my steps so I know it is showing the most up to date info. Was a change made to the system or did I inadvertently do something on my end.

I suspect that you may be seeing the same bug that has been hitting me occasionally. On the website, I see two Fitbit Exercise Adjustments. The first one won't let me examine the math and won't let me delete it. The second one shows a faulty calculation - it includes some exercise calories in the "MyFitnessPal Calories Burned" number that I haven't logged.

On the app, I only see one adjustment but it doesn't show steps under the adjustment and when I drill down to look at the math it is the same faulty math as on the website.

When this happens, I fall back to using Fitbit to tell me how many calories I can eat, because the number that MFP gives me is sometimes hundreds of calories off.

I have reported the problem to MFP support and they keep sending me messages saying they think they've fixed it and would I please "try it again". Which doesn't inspire me with a lot of confidence since the problem isn't something I can "try" to do. It just happens.

I think everyone who has it happen should report it to MFP support, because I think they need to see that a lot of people are seeing this.

Same issue. It was displaying the number of steps in the diary until I did an update of the app yesterday. Now it just displays the same "Fitbit calorie adjustment based on your measured activity" that you have. The number of steps do show up in the home page for the current day. But no longer appears in the diary, which sucks as sometimes I like to review what my days looked like, including the number of steps. Note: two days ago, my 8,000+ steps now show up at zero calories and steps.

I am the same I would like my Fitbit to show the number of steps that I have done and also work out the number of calories I have burnt for the day but it doesn't show on my MFP either. If anyone knows the answer to my problem if you can please send me an email to my new email address which is: michael.glenday36@gmail.com that will be great as well as send me a message on my MFP as well and I will then get it when I log in next. Thank you. Michael Glenday.
