I have been thinking about giving it a go again, starting Monday April 2nd. It's finally free on YouTube! Anyone care to join me?

    I'm on day 3 of the DVD's.. but I think I have JM total body transformation ones. But I'll be going along with you if you're starting :)

    I completed my shred tonight (Week 2, day 1) and noticed it was a bit easier than last week.. still felt like I was going to die a couple times and had to do pushup (knee) mods. Switched from 2lb to 5lb weights on a few exercises. Definitely progress! :)

    I did Level 1 Day 1 last night it made me wish I did not do all of those squats,lunges and wall push-ups at work during the day yesterday lol I did the modified push-ups and only had to stop 2 reps short on 2 moves. I forgot how much I hated those side lunges lol

    I did Level 1 Day 2 last night, not quite as hard but I am hurting today lol

    I completed Week 2, day 2 last night.. I lowered my weight because I am sore too. Don't know if I will do it tonight, although its cardio night so I may. Going to gym for my first weight lifting session tonight. GO @heatherc369 !!!!

    I still have to stop a little short on the static lunges ...ugh those suck! Especially on my floor! even with my Nike's on I still slip and slide :(

    What weight do you use? I have never even looked at level 2, do the incorporate more weights? I LOVE weights!

    I did Level 1 Day 4 last night, getting..I am thinking by day 6 I should be able to get through 100%

    @heatherc369 I'm doing JM Bodyshred.. its a 60 day program that I purchased. I'm not sure if we are doing the same one or not. They have us using small dumbells from day 1 on this series.. I started without weights for most exercises then moved up to 2lb and have since changed to 5lb on a couple exercises where I can handle more resistance.

    Oh ok Gotcha! I am debating doing another Jillian DVD after this or one of my beachbody programs??? Tough decisions lol

    So, I went on YouTube to look for the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. I did level 1, it used some weights.... Am I supposed to do the same workout every day for thirty days? I also looked it up on Amazon, and I see the same as in YouTube, 3 levels.... How does this work? Same level for 10 days and then move on to level 2? Or am I missing something?

    I completed Day 5 of Level one last night, I am planning on doing 6 days a week until done so I can finish before vacation June 8th :)

    I think so... I may follow the schedule on the days in which I don't do strength training class at the gym!

    I did my BodyShred today.. Found it easier than the first days! Increased my weight from 2lb to 5lb on most exercises. I'm going to the gym tomorrow so I'll resume Shred Tuesday. :)

    I may have to find 5lb Dumbbells, I only have 8lbs and the laying down flies are hard!!! Hehe gym today as well....

    I planned on taking Sunday off, but did not plan on getting sun poisoning and laryngitis lol I took yesterday off and slept all day, today I had to come to work but there is no way I will be able to work out :( I have never been in so much pain from a sunburn omg

    Ugh.. so I did shred yesterday which was supposed to be a rest day from weights for me. I am soooooo sore. Don't think I can lift today. :neutral: I'm going to take a REAL rest day tonight.. *kitten* it.. I might even take a nap when I get home from work!

    So after 4 days off from working out, even though my *kitten* is still fired I am going to attempt to do the shred tonight!

    So according to my calendar that I have been marking off, I did day 9 of level 1 yesterday? I need to go back through MFP logged exercises and see how many times I have done it lol
    I will say that yesterday was the best workout yet! I finally invested in a nice thick mat so I am not slipping and sliding all over my floor while doing squat and presses and static lunges...I wasn't worried the whole time about slipping and falling so I could focus on the moves and did not have to break one time through the whole exercise! I am about to go check ans see truly what day I am on though to see if I am doing my last day of level 1 today or not lol

    I am sure glad I log on MFP immediately after my workout because I just found out I HAVE in fact done 9 days lol I was confused because I posted on the 13th that I finally did day 6? Sun fried my brain, after today I move on to level 2!!!! Yay something new!

    Can you type up a quick table with two columns? One with which workout day/level and one empty so you can put a quick check mark when you've done it? I would've already forgotten which day I was in!! Hehe
