This morning I simply had a packet of maple sugar quaker oats with almond milk, fresh banana and strawberries. It was the best breakfast! Affordable and less than 300 cal with a lot of nutrition.

I like to make fruit and veggie smoothies.....great way to get those greens but yet have the "sweeter" smoothie flavor. I just throw a 1/2 cup of 2 or 3 types of fruit (wild blueberries, mango, papaya, tangerine, pear, apple.....etc) in a blender with as much kale, parsley, cilantro, spinach, sunflower and/or pea shoots....etc as I can make fit. Add a cup of coconut water......blend it up. It usually makes enough for two servings so I have half for breakfast and have half mid-morning. The whole blender full is usually 300-400 calories depending on type and amounts of ingredients.0
