I am working 12hr shift, too busy to eat but when I get home at night very hungry and want to eat everything in site1

I'm actually starting that 12hr shift tomorrow and I am worry about the same thing. I bought vegan protein powder and a shaker to leave in my locker. When you do have time eat high protein foods I think is the best bet1

Tomorrow I am going to try eating snacks every 2 hours with nuts and string cheese1

Whenever I see someone with a beautiful dress in a smaller size than me, I tell myself I will be wearing that size soon. right now I want to loose the weight than eating foods that will make me bigger1
