    For me, walking for an hour, drink water and pray.

    I've learned that a small cup of coffee with my breakfast, curves my appetite and helps me make it to lunch!

    Carry snacks when leaving the house. It helps to curb temptation from all the mess

    Because I feel hungry late at night, am eating skinny popcorn. I find that it help me
