I just created about to share some good healthy tips,foods,weightloss!!! So guys please give your valuable healthy tips!!
Here is Mine!!!
Having Earling morning warm lemonwater with a tbsp of honey and 1/4 to 1/2 tbsp cinnamon is good.
Benifits :
Its helps in control of blood sugarlevels.
It burn body fat for some extent by increasing metabolic rate.
Its having high amount of antioxidants
You can take cinnamon with green tea too, or cinnamon and honey in your glass of milk before going to bed is good option.

This isn't really healthy but it will help you stay on track. Each day pick something you love and make room in your calories for it. It's must be something you absolutely love. For me it is normally a coke. It is just a small one but it keeps that craving at bay.

Whatever you decide to eat be it a burger with cheese or a grilled salmon steak, fill half your plate with veggies and salad.. you get a lovely big plate full with a lot less calories than if you filled it with other items, plus your 5 a day!1

If you are trying to have a sweet treat just make sure your children hear you going into the cupboard.....you'll only get a small fraction of your intended snack2
