What's everybody up to today?
Today is my planned rest day. I have lots of cleaning & organizing to do, so I plan to stick close to home most of the day. Hopefully I can make good choices along the way - these are the types of days that traditionally get me in trouble with snacking.

Legs are sore from yesterday's workout, but it's back to the gym today for arms and cardio. Swimming with family in the afternoon. Enjoy your Sunday!0

Visiting family left at around noon today. I am drained and not feeling up to any planned exercise today. I will stick to my food plan. I stepped on the scale today and found I had lost another pound. All that walking and running around seems to have helped.0

Happy Sunday! I took my daughter to a mother/daughter overnight for Girl Scouts this weekend, so I spent a lot of yesterday and some of today hiking and walking around camp. My food situation wasn't so great, but not terrible. I'm looking forward to getting back to my normal routine tomorrow.0

did some gardening this morning now taking a hike on the Loyalsock Trail and do a little swimming in haystacks hole. The hike is 2 or 3 miles one way, of course we stop for ice cream on the way back!0
