Submitted... also a returner from last time. Last time I vowed to sit less by going to the water fountain more. Now my "one thing" is a walk at lunch every week day. I have a little sticky note on my computer with M-F listed out. I get a lot of satisfaction in getting back from my walk and crossing out the day. Going for Bronze.1

It was so nice out yesterday instead of decluttering I took a 4 mile walk. I got in 10,000 steps on a day that I don't work my night job. That is a FIRST since I started tracking activity.1

I submitted my form. I'm going for bronze. It will be a challenge but I think I can do it.1
