Sore lower back?

I woke up to a localised rather intense ache in my lower back this morning after a 2 day rest from a pretty intense olympic lifting class on Thursday. I know my form wasn't too slack because there was a trainer there watching my every move, and she really knows her stuff. Anyone else experience this? Is it normal? e.g. Will get better the more I do, as my back gets stronger, or should I be even more vigilant with my form? It didn't hurt while I was doing the lift, nor for the last 2 days, and no shooting pains or anything like that.

It could be tight hamstrings. Do some stretches and see if that helps.

foam roller and a massage - sounds Ok since it didn't hurt during the lift or straight after.

Usually when my lower back hurts after lifting, it's not really my back. It's usually my glutes or hamstrings. Foam roller and massage are the best to stretch both.
