I mentioned on my personal page about starting C25k with my 12 year old. Sunday was a down day so I took my 3 youngest (12-3) to a park so I could walk the track. .24 miles in, I saw a nature trail that interested me, I never made it to the trail. Fell on the 3rd step and broke the humerus in my right arm. Good news? Very rare injury for nonathletes my age! Woo! Bad news? I'm sidelined for the next 12-14 weeks.
I'm not letting it keep me "up" I started this journey determined, and I'm not going to let a little (major) broken bone stop me!

I second hoovhome's comment--I bet you'll work muscles you normally don't use just to compensate for the injury.
