Has anyone had trouble with FB multiplying your MFP calories?

I only recorded 1400 calories in MFP, but Fitbit said I ate 2800+! How can I correct this?

It happens to me all the time. I just delete the entries in Fitbit. It's annoying because it messes up my weekly calories in vs out report that fitbit sends.

Just go into the Fitbit food log and delete the duplicate/extra meal summaries (compare to MFP so you know which one is right). I don't know why it happens, but it does seem to happen more often lately. If I had to guess, I'd guess that it's a bug on the Fitbit side, not the MFP side.

It happens to me nearly every day. As mentioned, I go in and delete the extra meals.

I know that when I was connecting my blaze it stated to use food and water tracking on MFP instead of Fitbit, not both. I was assuming it was because of a syncing error between the two.

I have occasionally gotten some extra meals, like it was doubled, but I just go in and take them off. Or having like 300 minutes of elliptical because it thought that I was riding one for that long (um, not even) when I was instead riding my lawnmower on the property. I just adjust it and move on. :-)

Now that's a new one and interesting.

So the auto-exercise feature thought lawn-mowing was elliptical?

I guess that means you now need to ride it by standing up and sitting constantly, perhaps some rocking motion in there too. Maybe the neighbors will think it's a really good song! ;-)
