With warmer weather and the weekend here, I know lots of you said you'll be getting outside. There are many reasons to exercise outdoors!

I tend not to go outdoors very often. Before I lost weight, I had a lot of difficulty breathing when the weather was cold. I also need to be very careful about my sun exposure because of my Lupus. This time of year is better since the sun isn't as hot.
I can't wait to be able to get down on my hands and knees and garden again and go for hikes and bike rides. I'm not there yet. I can go for short walks though.

I love to be outside. Enjoying every minute before summer hits the desert and it's too hot to be out.

My husband and I go on long hikes outside very often, and it is so very good for the body! #5 is especially true, I always feel more content after a long hike!
