Just wanted to introduce myself. I am 39 diagnosed with MS 10/2009. I have RRMS. Just got diagnosed with PCOS as well. I have always been plus size and decided its time to try to get down to a more reasonable weight.

Ok..it's working now. I am 61, had this since at least 18, diagnosed in 2008. I would encourage you to stay as active as possible and look into the diet information that is out there. They know vitamin D makes a high difference, carbs increase inflammation, etc
I do better on a low carb, adequate protein plan.
What is the PCOS?

Polys cystic Ovary Syndrome...My hormones were going crazy since Feb. We thought it was my thyroid .. nope its my ovaries. I have been doing well Thank God in the last few years very mild flares but no big ones in the last few yrs. I think avoiding stress as much as possible has helped. I try to stay as active and volunteer with my teen age girls as much as possible. I hope you are doing well. Sorry I havent seen your post.0
