Just got a home gym!

I guess that is what it's called. I haven't checked in here in a while but I'm still plugging along. My diet has been crap the last few months and I have had a few weeks were I haven't lifted anything heavier than my 30 pound daughter.

Anywho...My husband just bought a home gym by Nautilus from Craig's List. It is awesome. I'm so excited. We have a gym membership but my new work schedule has cramped my Strong Lifts routine and now I can do it at home.

I'm going to plug my numbers back in to Haybales spreadsheet because I just haven't been on point with diet and I really need to lose about 25 pounds.

    You may need to adapt your routine some since I don't see a squat rack, but that's pretty nice! Also, you can do pull-downs, which should give you a great lat/shoulder workout and help you progress towards doing pull-ups. :)

    The bench pulls out and I just do squats right in front of the machine. I actually opted to do my deadlifts at home today because our bar is smaller in diameter than most of the ones at the gym and it makes it much easier to do since I have small hands.
