Hello all! I'm curious who's tried any of the aforementioned diets, what has worked, what hasn't and what did you love/hate about it? Thanks for all your replies!

Hi. I haven't ever fully done any of these. I did stay on Atkins for a bit but I couldn't stand the pre-made food and without paying (I couldn't afford it at the time) I felt like I was just completely lost. Now I actually do the Ketogenic diet (similar to Atkins but encourages staying away from processed foods) and I love it. It is the only diet that has truly relieved a lot of my PCOS symptoms. It is a low carb/ normal protein/ higher fat diet. Most people think this is crazy but it one of the best ways to lose weight with PCOS or pre-diabeties. I found a ton of information at the following links:

General Keto information and a great place to start: www.reddit.com/r/keto (also a group on here called Reddit Keto)
