Need some eyes on my diary

Hello ladies( and a few gents)-

Maybe in the next few days you could spare a moment and look at my food diary. I would love some feedback. I seem to be a bit stuck in my weight loss. I go up and down by a few pounds and I really want to see if I'm taking in enough or too much. I have my own theory as to what might be happening but I would like some other opinions as well. :):)

    You seem pretty active. You might be under eating. Tinker with your macros and make sure your protein is high enough to build new muscles. Body builders go for 1 gram per pound of lean body mass, so your goal weight (minus your goal body fat percentage) in grams of protein. And make sure your fat intake is enough to keep you satisfied.

    You should only be eating about 500 calories less than it takes to maintain your weight--the rest of your deficit should come from exercise. I am firmly against 1200 calorie diets, at least for me. I get too exhausted to work out and my weight loss stalls out.

    Thanks! I was dealing with a constant hunger a few weeks back and I kicked up my calories(usually in the form of almonds or jerky as a snack) and that did the trick. I don't usually feel hungry or fatigued.
    I will do the calculations and see if I'm where I need to be with my macros.
