I have discovered that if I get the tuna salad or the cottage cheese at lunch and I use the 2oz dressing cups, they don't charge me. Lol!
(Today's the first day trying their Tuna Salad - which has little to any dressing on it, definitely a +)

You will find yourself saving money left and right now! I buy so fewer groceries. What used to be 2 servings will be 4 - 6. I tend to pack all my lunches so I can neurotically weigh and measure, lol! Plus the building I work in charges an arm and a leg for everything. It's cheaper to go to Starbucks, seriously.
If I were you, I'd keep eating in the dressing cups! HAHAHAHAHA! 3 - 4 x per day! SCORE!0 -
We are lucky, our company is subsidized - so our cafeteria and our STARBUCKS (we have one on the 2nd floor) is much lower than street value! Its great. We also have healthy food initiatives, so there is always lots of healthy options (mind you we still have a pizza station and a grill station). I have 2 kids and a husband, so not sure how much $ I will save on groceries, since they still need to eat even if I don't, lol! I'm trying to get the hang of feeding them again, but I keep saying "Just eat some cereal and fruit for dinner"

For a family of 4, probably not that much...but it should go down as you get the hang of things!
Awesome that they have great options! I have a crappy carb heavy cafeteria. I would love one with better options! And most of their foods are done by weight. I can't get out of there for less than $5, even now! It's REDONK.0 -
I hate when they weigh everything!0
