    Officially finished Phase 1

    I had similar results, I've lost about 5 pounds.
    I was hoping it was more, but I definitely feel stronger and my legs look much more toned.
    I was pleasantly suprised when I did measurements

    1.25" off of my Waist
    2.5" off of the "mommy tummy"
    2" from my hips
    0.75" from each of my thighs
    0.5" from each of my upper arms

    I probably could have eaten better and gotten better results, but all in all I'm happy I stuck with the program. Just gotta keep going!
    On to Phase 2!

    Wow that's great! Definitely inspiration to keep going. I think I'm down about 1.5lbs. I'm heading into my last week of phase one. Can't wait to hear if phase 2 steps it up!

    Hips -1.5
    Waist -1
    Upper arms and thighs stayed the same.
    Chest -.5
    Calves -1

    Phase 2 results! I have officially lost:

    5.2 pounds
    1" from my bust
    1.5" from my waist
    1.5" off my "mommy tummy"
    1" off my hips
    1.25" off each thigh

    So all together I've lost:

    11.2 pounds (!!! More than I ever expected!)
    3" from my bust (But my cup size is the same, so I'm guessing the majority of those inches was back fat? Not sure where those 3" came from lol)
    4" from my waist!
    2.5" from the "mommy tummy." It's still very much THERE and in my face lol, but I'm happy with the loss!
    2" from my hips
    2.5" off each thigh. Super happy about this lol

    I am .8 pounds away from my prepregnancy weight! After reaching that, I'd like to lose 5 more pounds and then reevaluate. I'd LIKE to lose those 5 pounds during Phase 3, but I'm realistically expecting to lose about 2-3 pounds. I'm really over the moon with the progress I've made and I feel great!

    When I started this program I honestly doubted that I would make it this far - I'm so glad I stuck with it!

    Good luck to us all! Can't wait to see everyone else's phase 2 results!

    Super jealous! !Way to go! I hope I javelin similar results. My eating has been poor the last couple of weeks but not terrible so I expect that to affect my results. Awesome job!

    I forgot to post my Phase 2 results last week,
    so this is my current stats since starting the program 9 weeks ago


    2.5" off of my Waist
    3" off of the "mommy tummy"
    4.25" from my hips
    1" from each of my thighs
    0.75" from each of my upper arms

    With a grand total of 8.6 lbs lost!

    Nothing too crazy but I'm feeling really good about it! The measurements are what are
    really blowing me away!

    Phase 3 is kicking my *kitten*, but I can't wait to post my final results! I can't believe it, only 3 more weeks!!!!

    That's 15.25 inches! Gone!

    With a total of 15.1 lbs lost!!!

    I'm in shock!

    Phase 3 I really tried to tighten up on my eating habits and I was also walking 10,000 steps a day (I use a fitbit). By sticking to it, the past few weeks the weight has just been melting off.
    I'm going to do another round of Body Revolution before moving on to another program, so we'll see how it goes!

    Hang in there everyone, your consistency and hard work will pay off in the long run!

    Super job! That is really awesome !
    I have headed into body shred program.
    Have to say I sweated hard in body revolution but everything seemed to have stayed the same (it was my hits time around!) still love Jillian so off on another program (I have also added heavy lifting to my program now as I think this might ev the only answer to my last 10lbs and desire to be more sculpted -> I have been stagnant for last year and half almost )
    Love following everyones progress and I am still jillianing so happy to see everyone around keep up the great work !

    Phase one complete...I don't weigh on the scale but I know I've lost inches. I went from not being able to button up my size 10 shorts to zipping and buttoning them up today! I was able to do 10 straight real push ups too ;')
    My plan this next phase is to get my workouts done in the morning to leave less time for excuses and more time for running and family.

    Today I put on some medium scrubs at work, and they were loose! The scrubs are deceiving because all the scrubs in the one size is not always perfect so one day you might get a tight medium or a loose medium but you should be able to fit them all..(make sense?)
    I just know that at one point I could not wear them, and then they mediums were tight and now they either fit ok or are loose! NSV! :smiley:

    Phase 2 complete. I was able to fit into a few more smaller items in my closet so I know I'm shrinking. Medium scrubs are getting loose too! Maybe by the end of phase 3 I'll be in small scrubs. On to phase 3!!!!!

    After this week I have two weeks to go till I'm done! I fit into a small scrub shirt!!!! And my mediums bottoms are getting bigger! Not tight at all!!

    @FitWithVic if I remember correctly, the reason I quit the first/last time I attempt this program, I was scared that the workouts would be too hard after weeks 1 and 2 but as I continued on this time, I realized that although some moves are more challenging, you can always do them at your level, lighter weight, no weight, I don't do too many jumps just to save my knees for running...so it has been easier to commit to, knowing that i can adjust as needed. I also noticed that I like the even number workouts better than the odd number workouts too.

    Latest update....I've started wearing SMALL SCRUB SHIRTS AT WORK!!!! And my medium pants are even more roomy!! :wink: :blush::smile: :smiley:
