We are about to the half way mark week wise. Keep going..keep pushing..stay positive!

Off to our TOPS Provincial Recognition Days .... I always find lots of inspiration there. Maybe the boot in the butt I need.1

Did rubbish this week, I really fell off everything, eating healthy, exercising and recording what I ate! Lucky to get away with a tiny gain basically stayed the same as last week. Will recommit this week and get back to losing! I can't believe we are half way through the challenge and I have only lost 6lbs. Hopefully the second half will be a little stronger and I will reach that 20 lb goal! I want to look fabulous by July 4th!

Have mix feeling abt my new work ,two weeks into and already want to change and find another one,the stress level is above the roof and i cope with food,
Doing of alot of rethinking of how to cope without food,i have not been to gym since i started work and since today is a holiday here and kids are on holiday i get some time for me phew!!!
