Just went to VitaminShoppe and picked up a Lenny & Larrys protein cookie -- they are AMAZING. Granted, I don't want to eat cookies and cannot wait to have a piece of grilled chicken, BUT if you are like me and are struggling with getting meat down it can help. I also bought a protein almond spread (I am sensitive to peanuts), so hoping that is also good.

GAH! I keep seeing those cookies but sugar doesn't do well with me. *sad sigh*

I liked them but found they were too sweet or carb heavy in the end for me - I can maybe do a piece of one, but not the whole thing because I get a little sick. One package is 2 servings but even a regular serving is a bit much!

I will get back to your email. Life has been hectic! My parents sold there townhouse locally, so I've been hosting them and their two dogs for the past week! YIKES! They go back to AZ tomorrow, so life should be normalizing again!

And yeah, the cookie. I looked up the stats and there are things from Taco Bell that are healthier in the long run...but...COOKIE! lol

Ha ha I know - it's crazy! Good luck with the family..my boss is back in the office today as he recovers from a collapsed lung. We used to have an awesome relationship till about 2 1/2 mos ago. Now he looks at me like I rock the boat when really I am raising issues to prevent future issues. Me and the "favorite" who has always had an issue with me (because o dos all the work on our former team) don't get along though I tried and they are promoting her and now I have to report to her even though I can run circles around her...now he listens to everything out of her mouth. Needless to say this is why I am looking for other roles outside of my group
