What a crazy ride! I'm down 20" and 38.6 lbs!! (Since preop). So freakin excited :)

    We are surgery twins...total down 47.6 but 36.7 was lost prior to surgery. Wondering if part of that is because I am not allowed to work out till next week and also due to my body's inability to process meat only carb heavy proteins (i.e. Lentils and split pea soup)...though on a happy note I was able to chew a beef burger we grilled last night and I was good!

    Tonight I am gonna try chicken!
