    nothing,lol everyone is so quiet here,lol. I have been sticking to my 1200 calories,playing around with different things. Trying different foods eliminating others.

    It's because no one on 1200 calorie diets are really excited or thrilled to talk about it. It works. It's hard. Your friends look at you as if you were an alien. I've been on it for 3 months. Whomp whomp whaaaahhh. Keep on keeping on.

    you think thats what it is,lol its not that bad depending on your food choices. I hope that is not the reason everyone is so quiet in this group ,lol
