Auto-Tracking of Workouts by Fitbit

At the advice of @heybales I stopped using workout mode for my boot camp class because it's not steady state cardio and my calorie burn will be inaccurate. However, I recently noticed Fitbit will auto-track this workout on certain days and list the activity as "sport". I'm wondering if I have to cancel this out somehow so I don't get credit for burning more calories than I actually did. Thanks!

Cancelling it out won't change the calories you're credited with. The automatic activity record is just so you can take a closer look at that time period. If you have a better estimate of the calories burned during your boot camp class, then log that manually instead.
