So happy to see how much this group has grown in a short amount of time!

We're here together because we have a common goal: to lose a lot of weight. We have a post to introduce ourselves and a post for mini goals, but what else would you like to see here? Weekly challenges? Fitness and health articles? Celebrations when achieve a goal?

    I am new to the groups and was finding it difficult to stick to my eating/exercise plan all by myself. So happy to see this group. I need to lose 72 pounds and have given myself to October 2017, to do so.
