A question about fashion for the ladies

I've been running a smidge and I start my learn-to-run on Monday with the running room. (WHOHOO!)
I have a large chest so was only able to find one bra in my size that was supportive enough, and luckily quite comfortable. But it is the shape of a normal bra - not a racer style bra.
Today I start looking for tanks and I notice they are pretty much all racerbacks. I found one that is super comfortable and was a great price so I bought two. But is it okay to wear a racerback tank with a good portion of my bra showing? The bra is black and the tanks are blue and black.
I don't want to look weird, but I also don't want to pay $40 for a t shirt that will completely cover the bra when these tanks were $13. Once I know I enjoy running and have gotten to a stable weight I am willing to invest more money.
I would think even a racer bra would show with these tanks! What is normal for bras and tanks?

I think it's fine. If you want to invest in another sports bra, my favorite is Moving Comfort's Juno, which is a racerback and very supportive. You can usually find them on sale if you look around (try Title Nine, REI, the Brooks website, and your local running store).0

I never worry about that - comfort at a price you can afford comes first. What other people think is waaaaay down the list. I love Moving Comfort, too - need to find it on sale, though.1

It's totally fine. My bras always show around my tanks when I'm running, and I just don't care much. I DO prefer a racerback style of bra - you wouldn't think it would matter much, but it does. Straps over my shoulderblades annoy me when I'm running.1

I'm not bothered about fashion when I'm running, I like a nice roomy tank when it's warm so a sports bra will usually show.0

It doesn't bother me if my bra straps show. I would rather be cool and comfortable while I'm working out. My bra always shows under my tank.0
