maintaining the lbs. I've lost

I was 221lbs on 9/2015. Stopped all sodas and sweet snacks and purchased recumbent bike. On 5/2016, I weigh 196lbs. Today, 191lbs. This is about where I want to be but need just a little more belly to lose.

You did a great job. I lost 80 pounds a number of years ago and have kept it off for over eight years.
I'm real big on maintenance support and staying "in the game." I was going to use this thread as a daily check in to remind myself to stay on plan.1
