I try to compete myself by improving laps time from day to day. I also perform yoga and treadmill to support my stamina. What about you..

I swim 4 times a week and try to do two other workouts eg running or weights.0

I am trying to lower my mile time and improve my backstroke. As a younger man I raced in breaststroke, IM & backstroke, but I stopped training the backstroke & fly after college. I try to swim at least twice per week & have a Masters coach giving me workouts to do on my own.1
