I was expecting my 600+ calories from this morning's workout to be incorporated into my MFP daily calorie accounting, but that doesn't appear to have happened. I started with a calorie adjustment (can't tell if it was added or deleted) of eight calories for the MFP ios adjustment. Then I turned on negative calorie adjustment (which I don't understand) and now the MFP ios adjustment is 80 calories.

I just use GC to track workouts so that they automatically update in TrainingPeaks.

Is there a way to set up MFP so that my calories burned from workouts are considered?

Thanks!
Kimberly

Hey Powell, That is odd. When I burn calories on my watch, sync with GC and then check MFP, the calories are reflected there. Maybe disconnect and then reconnect your Garmin and MFP accounts?

Also, I sent you a friend request. What is your GC username?

Hey Kimberly, When that happens with me I just log out of both and log back in then MFP picks up the calories from the workout in my Garmin Connect.

    1) Negative Calories Adjust your Caloric Intake Goals on the fly. The more active you are the more calories you get, the less active you are the fewer you get. On the fly, hour by hour, sync by sync.

    2) you can sync Garmin Connect to MyFitnessPal to account for your workouts. From the website Click on Apps on the banner, search Garmin and link them. From the app hit the menu button, go to apps and devices, search for garmin and connect.
