Harcombe Diet Recipe Idea Challenge

Afternoon All,
I'm kick starting my weight loss by starting the Harcombe Diet again from Monday... It's worked for me before and I've lost a stone, but I'm well and truly on a plateau now so I'm hoping it'll help again this time. My problem last time was I ended up eating the same meals over and over, and ended up losing interest.
In it's simplest form this diet has 3 rules:
a) No processed foods (including getting good quality meats instead of pre-packed stuff).
b) No fats (anything that had a face) and carbs in the same meals (but in the same day is OK!)
c) No eating anything that you currently crave...e.g. crisps / sandwich etc.
So Here's the Challenge: Is anyone on here also doing the Harcombe Diet and if so, what diet friendly recipes do you know of? I'll kick this off with what I usually had:
Breakfast
Bacon and Eggs
Lunch
Tuna salad (dry or with a smidge of balsamic vinegar)
Dinner
Steak and steamed greens or veg stir fry.
or
Quorn mince with courgette, kidney beans, tomato, carrot and chilli peppers- to make a chilli! with 50g brown rice per serving (overloading on the chilli portion)
Any and all ideas welcome!
Cheers and feel free to add me on here to see how I get on!
Ta!

What about couscous bean salad for lunch. High in fibre and protein. Also gives you variety. ..I don't think that breaks those rules...0
