Sync'ing issues with surge

Hey everyone just wondering and aint sure if already posted. My fitbi has stopped syncing again. To my phone app and on my laptop 
anyone else having the same issues too Hate when this happen feel like if it doesnt sync its a loss of hard work and i did a double workout this morning
