Accountability/motivational FB page

I have a FB group I created a while ago for accountability and support when I was doing Beachbody stuff. I am no longer participating in BB but the page is still there if anyone would like to join/use it as a smaller forum for support during your fitness journey. I could start posting motivational things and food ideas again. It's not affiliated with any group or business so you can feel free to post whatever you would like. I'm doing the CG TT Challenge but I'm not using the suggested macros. I do some lifting on the side so I go heavier protein. I'm also not totally "crunchy" so not everything I use is organic or grassfed and I like to keep it a non-judgemental zone. :)
