Hi everyone,
I am a 40 yr old mom of three. My youngest is 7 months old and is a huge baby, she is 19 lbs. She is starting to eat solids but I am pretty sure I will be breastfeeding her until she is one, or maybe a bit longer. My first two are much older so I forgot what it's like to breastfeed and how to eat etc. They are almost 7 and 14 yrs old. I lost weight right away with this one but then never lost more. I was overweight to start before pregnancy. I really would love to use breastfeeding as a way to lose weight, since it's been so hard to workout regularly. Any tips?

    Hi!
I don't know if this would help you or not since I only have one child that is currently 6 months and I'm only 24. But I've been just stayig in my calorie budget which I should be at the 1/2lb-1lb a week. I've been also watch my macros I don't eat the recommended amount of carbs on myfitnesspal. But I find it to work for me. Hope this helps
