Logged - what a terrible day of eating. Yesterday I did not log - it was about like today. Awful. This accountability is making me feel guilty, which is why it works. Tomorrow, I go to visit my son. Unfortunately the only things to eat there are from vending machines, so lunch will be awful, but breakfast and dinner I can make appropriate choices.1

Telling the truth, but it's an awful food day. Started with leftover Chinese for breakfast, ending with bar food for supper. We went out to see my boyfriend's father play tonight for Father's Day. I've already eaten my deficit and then some, and there will be beer in a minute.2
