Just out of curiosity - do any of you cross-train specifically to improve your riding?
After being out of commission with my broken ankle I was so lopsided. Broken side was super flexible but weak, right side was super strong but totally not flexible. I started with Pilates which helped immensely. I then got turned into Iyengar yoga, which I LOVE. I used to swim every day for aerobic and muscle elasticity, but can't get it into my schedule at the moment.

I run to help cardio, just started orange theory fitness (more to support my SO) and I follow the Riders Fitness book when I do weights.0

Yoga has been amazing for improving my balance and strength. I can definitely tell a difference.0
