No weight loss with the Gastric Bypass

Help I had the Gastric Bypass revision from the sleeve and haven't lost any weight, in fact I don't feel like I have had any surgery. I don't have much restriction and can hold down anything. Will starting over from the basic jump start my weightloss? I know that this is only tool and I have to put in the work, but I don't think my tool has ever worked.
