Also posted in introduce yourself... Hi! My 'baby' is now 3yrs old and I still haven't lost the weight I gained in pregnancy...I actually put on an extra stone in the past year! :/ Had enough now so looking for support to finally shift this weight! I'm currently 191lb and hope to get back to 135lb .
