Found this website cause I was looking for an epic WOD to do this Friday as it will be my last session with my trainer and I wanna go out with a bang! You can pick a category, then it will display a random WOD. Don't like it? Click on the "get another WOD from this category"

Pretty cool eh? Or maybe you all already know about this and I am just being a silly nube. I don't belong to an actual Xfit box so I usually end up making up my own stuff so this is an easy way to do it if I don't feel like putting any thought into it. Ideally I like to balance things out over the week with the lifting, gymnastics and endurance stuff, trying to get a little bit of each...
In any case, I think I found my epic WOD that I want to do this Friday and it's the LumberJack 20:
For time
20x Deadlift (275#)
Run 400m
20x KB swings (72#)
Run 400m
20x Overhead squats (115#)
Run 400m
20x Burpees
Run 400m
20x Pull-ups
Run 400m
20x Box jumps (24 inch)
Run 400m
20x DB squat clean (2x45#)
Run 400m
I'm of course going to have to scale a couple of these but I think I can handle it! Has anyone ever attempted this one? If so how did it go?
