Week of June 6 Goals

Getting a late start here on posting goals for the week.
This week is a bit challenging with a couple of stressful house guests, and taking care of my young granddaughter while the rest of her family is out of town. So, for this week, my goals are:
1. Hydrate! Aim for 80 ounces daily, at least!
2. Eat wisely - stay within calories and choose lots of fresh produce (garden is producing!!!)
3. Walk, work in yard and garden -- aim for at least 10k steps as I go about my chores
4. Keep cool - take my little one to the pool often!
Hope everyone's week is going swimmingly!
