Hello, I am Brock Easley. I am recovering from weighing 396 pounds so far.

Here are my stats, so far:

SW: 396 lbs.
GW: 180 lbs.

My work has just begun. I AM A MAN ON A MISSION!!!!

    Welcome Brock! Love how you view this as a recovery. I think I agree with that concept. How are you handling your mission so far? I mean on a day to day basis, what habits are you focusing on to elicit the change you seek?
