Recommended Nutrition Sites?

Anyone have any recommended nutrition sites? Particularly for the "older" individual? I read so many that seem to contradict each other. Some say eat more, some say eat less etc. etc. It is confusing.

    Not so much a nutrition site, but scooby1961 on YouTube is a pretty good source of information.
