Finding the time!

Hi I'm 6 weeks PP and I think I've hit a plateau. I've barely been losing 1 lb a week. I run around like crazy after my 2 year old and eat moderately well. I'm also breastfeeding. Anyone else hit a plateau? Any tips on how to help it? I'm starting to record my food this week and workouts. Hope this support helps!

Congrats on your new baby! As many people would tell you on MFP losing 1lb a week is actually a healthy rate of loss, definitely not a plateau. I'm pretty sure a plateau is defined as not losing an ounce for over 6 weeks. I hope recording helps you reach your goals faster!3

I feel like I have hit a plateau ! But I stopped tracking religiously and I think that's why !1
