Hi,
I just added this to my recipes and posted it to lunch to see how many carbs, with 6 servings for the lot this comes in at 11 carbs BUT on their website they say it has only 2 carbs - http://www.dietdoctor.com/recipes/the-low-carb-bread?utm_source=Diet+Doctor.
what am I doing wrong?

They probably mean 2 net carbs.0

So you aren't doing anything wrong. Take a look at this bread though if you really want a savory bread that has roughly 2 (or slightly less) total carbs per piece:

I wasn't impressed with the "original" version because it has almost no flavor to me; however, the other savory flavors I thought were MUCH better...Bacon Cheddar, Toasted Onion and Cheddar, Rosemary Garlic, etc. The sweet versions of this bread will be higher in carbs depending on the sugar substitute of choice you use.0
